You've got 3 guesses.
Mr. Fed Ex came to our door today delivering TWO boxes...
...Addressed to Mr. Daniel...
Figured it out yet??
Inside these boxes,my friends,
is my little boys voice.
His thoughts...
his feelings...
his words.
And I cannot wait to listen.

Oh, Melanie, now you have me tear-ing up. I read about the package on the CP mom's board, and was excited, but your perfect description... Daniel's voice in those boxes... sniff, sniff. I can't wait to hear the first video!

I've heard him talk, in fact we have had many conversations, and he likes chocolate.

How exciting, Can't wait to hear what Daniel has to say.
I hope it's something like the hope machine. Oh my goodness I can't wait to find out and hear what he has to say!!!!!!!! =)
You'll want to have a talk with him, so he knows not to tell all your secrets. (I live in fear that when Q gets his, he'll tell "things"... ;o) )

Melanie your blog is amazing. I love the artwork of your son Daniel. It's so nice to meet you even just virtually. Looks like we have a few things in common my daughters starting with Augmentative Communication as well we are testing out the Tech/Talk right now it works with very light touch and in Canada they don't fund kids for those really fancy devices until they are older :( i hope Daniel's is getting the super cool kind like the Dynavox (which I'm dreaming about for my Ashley). Ashley also learning to walk on the treadmill in addition to physiotherapy we purchased one just for her when she turned 2. I love your felt hats they are very cute. The fund raising is a great idea. I hope it's very successful for you. Good luck with the AAC device i look forward to reading about how it goes.
Congratulations!!!
