Yep, those are suppose to be TURKEYS!! Ever try something that looks like it would be simple and it just ends up...NOT Working!
Here is my other failed attempt. OK well not necessarily failed, but doesn't look at good as it did in the magazine!
A Snowball cake - my version

Yes the inside of my cake had the filling too but it just didn't look THAT good. I guess if I had a professional photographer to take our photos, it would look just as good? Yeah.......no, I don't think so! But it did taste OK. :)And this is WHO I have to put up with in the kitchen most of the time.

I need to get somebody over ot my place to take professional photos when I cook--I almsot never looks like the magazine.

Looks close enough to me! My mom & I tried to make some coconut, marshmallow snowmen one year. NOTHING like the magazine pic, but tasted good. My grandma says if it turns out too pretty, people won't eat it!

your turkeys are so cute! i love doing stuff like that, but then soon realize it is way more time consuming than i would like and then i give up..lol
